on the south Mediterranean Sea coast of Turkey, building apartments and villas near the beaches.
Our company has been established here in Alanya for over 15 years; we are a well-known and

Our developments are built with quality and perfection and meet all Turkish building standard regulations, namely
YAPI DENETIM KURULU and T.S.E standards warranty which are equivalent to EU standards.
During construction the developments are inspected three times by the relevant authorities, firstly to check and approve the
foundation fabrications; secondly, after the ground floor has been constructed and thirdly a final inspection on completion
to obtain the “inhabitant endorsement” permit.
By including an abundance of communal facilities and amenities, such as swimming pools, indoor pools, Jacuzzi, gymnasiums, saunas,
tennis courts, children’s play areas, 24 hour security etc. – your home feels like a five-star luxury hotel.
We also extend our design appeal to the landscaped gardens with mature trees and shrubs,
so enhancing the property – which also enhances your investment.
Buying off-plan property has a huge potential from an investment point of view.
It means that you can pay by instalments (interest-free payment plan) throughout the development period

There are a number of good reasons for choosing Alanya for your second home. Alanya is also known as “the Turkish Riviera”
for very good reasons: well-known for it’s fabulous climate, golden sandy beaches, the beautiful backdrop of the
Taurus Mountains; an abundance of history and the Turkish hospitality – making Alanya the top hot-spot
for foreign home buyers.
The old Alanya castle perched high above the town, built on a rocky outcrop, is one of the first things you see
when approaching Alanya. An abundance of palm trees, shrubs and flowers are everywhere, as are bars, cafes and
restaurants serving delicious Turkish cuisine.

Access to Alanya is from Antalya International Airport which is open all year round for both domestic and
international flights. A motorway was recently completed from Antalya airport making the drive time to Alanya

Shortly a new airport is due to open in Gazipaşa which is approx.30km from Alanya, a drive time of about 30 minutes.
